At Outside Peak USA, we provide a clear and consistent shipping experience. This policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on outsidepeakusa.com.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • Destination: United States
  • Shipping method: Standard Shipping
  • Coverage: All products unless a product page states otherwise
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the order value and are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Orders under $100: $60 standard shipping fee
  • Orders of $100 or more: Free standard shipping

Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Order cut-off time: 2 PM CST
  • Handling time: 1 to 2 business days
  • Transit time: 2 to 7 business days
  • Total delivery time: 3 to 9 business days

Total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed and includes both handling time and carrier transit time.

If a product requires a different shipping timeline, the product page will clearly state it.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders ship through trusted national carriers. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services depending on the destination, product type, and package size.

Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Check with neighbors, household members, building management, or the carrier
  • Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace when possible

Damaged Packages

If your package or item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@outsidepeakusa.com.

Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

7. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and the missing item details. We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

8. Address Accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
