3. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products when the following conditions are met:
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The item is new, unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

- The item is not listed as non-returnable under this policy
- The return has been approved by our customer service team before being shipped back
Used, installed, altered, or damaged products cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
